National Child Strategy projects
A National Child Strategy was drawn up for Finland in 2021.
The implementation plan for the National Child Strategy calls for surveys of the well-being of Sámi and Roma children and the realisation of their rights in Finland. These surveys will be conducted by the Office of the Ombudsman for Children in 2022. The duties of the Ombudsman for Children include publishing studies and surveys on currently important themes.
The results of the National Child Strategy projects will be published in early 2023.

A communications and influence campaign for reconciling work and family life was implemented in the autumn of 2022, culminating with the updated Bring Your Child to Work Day on 18 November 2022.
